We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. All customized items are not returnable unless there is a defect, and we will work with you to make it right. For all other purchases, we offer a 30-day return policy, minus shipping costs. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us directly by email at raythebuffalo@gmail.com to begin a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping is provided by USPS, unless expedite shipping is required and another method of shipping is chosen.
