To become a member of the RAY Fan Club, please fill out the RAY Fan Club Enrollment Form. Please submit a separate form for each child or adult (the young at heart) as RAY the Buffalo and Friends have fans of all ages.

 

RAY Fan Club Members will receive the items listed below.

• An Official RAY the Buffalo Fan Club Certificate (sent to your email for printing).

• A full color RAY the Buffalo Bookmark (sent to your email for printing).

• (Optional - Birthday Greeting) - If you chose to, you can have RAY send you a special Birthday Greeting. Fill in the information on the Ray Fan Club Enrollment Form with the Month and Day of the birthday.

 

If you need to submit another form after submitting your first form, click the Fan Club link again and a new form will appear - then complete the form for another fan.
